What we expect
- 4+ years of experience managing projects in sales, marketing, communications, or other client-oriented environments
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and spoken English
- A solutions-driven mindset, you anticipate challenges and act before they become problems
- Confidence in leading meetings, managing clients, and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Jira, or similar)
- A natural ability to motivate, support, and guide people towards shared goals
What will you do
- Plan and lead projects from start to finish, from setting objectives and timelines to delivery and follow-up
- Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication
- Align expectations between clients and internal teams, and keep everyone focused on priorities
- Coordinate designers, developers, and testers to deliver top-quality results
- Track progress, budgets, and timelines while keeping a close eye on quality and scope
- Identify opportunities to add value or improve processes and deliverables
- Maintain clear project documentation and ensure smooth communication across all parties
- Build long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and reliability
