What are we looking for:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in designing digital products
- Previous experience in a software development or design agency is a plus
- Experience in developing B2B business solutions (web and mobile), with a portfolio showcasing your work
- Proficient in visual design and wireframing tools (we use Figma); capable of drafting user experience (UX) wireframes and designing beautiful user interfaces (UI)
- Fluent in English, as we work internationally
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, because you will have a client-facing responsibility
- Ability to discuss and explain UX and UI options with both tech and non-tech audiences
- Detail-oriented approach with the ability to keep a broader perspective in mind
- Strong critical thinking and user-centered problem-solving skillset
- Eligibility to work in Croatia
What will you do:
- Design web and mobile apps from scratch
- Communicate with clients about digital products, understand their needs, and translate them into user flows and interfaces.
- Conduct ongoing UX research to inform design decisions
- Think through and test new ideas before implementing them
- Design intuitive and easy-to-use UX by creating user stories, sitemaps, and workflow diagrams using open-source and available tools
- Design low-fidelity mockups and create user experience wireframes (using Figma)
- Prepare and present documentation, user flows, annotated wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Work closely with developers and project managers on various projects
- Stay updated with industry trends and continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth
- Do all of this as part of a Design team
