What we expect
- 4+ years of experience managing projects in IT, sales, marketing, communications, or other client-oriented environments
- Strong understanding of software development processes and technical project delivery
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and spoken English
- A solutions-driven mindset, you anticipate challenges and proactively address them
- Confidence in leading technical discussions, managing clients, and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within scope
- Familiarity with project management tools (Linear, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Jira, or similar)
- Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements
- A natural ability to motivate, support, and guide teams towards shared goals
What will you do
- Participate in planning, managing, and executing technically complex, AI-based projects
- Coordinate activities across project teams, including developers and other technical stakeholders
- Track technical progress, timelines, and risks, and regularly report on project status
- Collaborate with clients to define and clarify functional and technical requirements
- Ensure timely and clear communication between business and technical stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into structured tasks for technical implementation
- Organize and facilitate project meetings and technical discussions
- Monitor the quality of delivered solutions against defined requirements and specifications
- Identify operational and technical challenges and propose effective solutions
- Act as the key point of coordination for technical and project-related communication within the team
